This policy explains what information Grant Alexander Studio (galxndr.com) collects when you visit the site, book a conversation, sign up for the newsletter, or contact us, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Grant Alexander Studio is based in Chicago, Illinois. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@galxndr.com.
What we collect
When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how people use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived, your general location, device, and browser. We also use Apollo.io’s website visitor tool, which can identify the company (and in some cases the person) associated with a visit so we can understand who is interested in our work. We also use Hotjar, which records anonymized page interactions such as clicks and scrolling so we can see how pages are used. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
When you book a conversation. Booking runs through Calendly. We receive your name, email, the time you choose, and your answers to the booking questions.
When you sign up for the newsletter. Signups are handled by beehiiv. We receive your email address and basic engagement data (for example, whether an issue was opened).
When you contact us. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive your name, email, and whatever you choose to tell us.
Embedded video. Some pages include YouTube videos. YouTube may set its own cookies when you play them.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, run the conversations you book, send the newsletter you asked for, understand which parts of the site are useful, and improve our work. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers named above (Google, Apollo.io, Hotjar, Calendly, beehiiv, YouTube) and our website host, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact information for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and analytics data for the retention period set in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue, and email info@galxndr.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
