How it works
One conversation a month. A presence that runs itself.
You sit down with me on camera for 75 minutes. I coach you while we film. Then my team and I turn that one conversation into your month of presence: an episode, long- and short-form writing, and social clips with the covers and captions already done. You approve it from your phone. That’s the whole ask on your time.

We talk.
75 minutes on camera, once a month. A real conversation, not a content shoot. My questions do the work: the same ones I’ve used on national TV. You never write a script or open an editing app.
The Studio builds.
Within the week, the conversation becomes your episode, 3 pieces of long-form writing, and 8 to 12 social clips with covers, captions, and pull-quotes. You review the batch in about 15 minutes a week.
You show up everywhere.
Everything arrives ready to post, for you or your team to publish. LinkedIn, YouTube, your feed. Every month you get a Visibility Report: inbound, replies, conversations started. Real signal, never vanity counts.
The Studio
A practice, not an address.
Grant Alexander Studio is me and a small production team who build and run your public presence. Sessions film wherever serves the work: your office, a production space we set up in Chicago, or on location. Broadcast-quality either way. When the Studio takes a permanent home, my clients will be the first to know.
What you get
One session in. A month of presence out.
The work
Planning
Before every session we decide what the month is about: what you want to be known for, what’s coming up, what’s worth saying.
Camera time
75 minutes on camera with my questions. Real conversation, professional production, zero script.
Coaching and feedback
Direction in the room and a straight debrief after, so you do it differently next month. You get better every session.
The Visibility Report
Once a month: inbound, replies, conversations started. Real signal, never vanity counts.
The deliverables, every month
Your full conversation, produced
The complete filmed episode: yours to publish as a show, post to YouTube, or keep as a private executive archive.
Pieces of writing, in your voice
A full-length piece built from the whole conversation, plus 2 focused pieces pulled from its strongest threads. Blog posts, LinkedIn articles, a newsletter.
Social clips
The strongest moments, cut for social, with covers, captions, and pull-quotes done.
Delivered ready to post
You or your team hit publish. The Studio doesn’t do scheduling or social media management. If you want that handled too, we bring in a partner and build it into the scope. Same for PR, voice coaching, whatever the picture calls for.
Whose show is this
Yours. I just ask the questions.
The camera is on you, not me. The format is whatever your goals call for: a TV-style interview, a podcast conversation, or solo pieces cut from your strongest answers with my questions edited out. We can brand it as your own show, or your company’s. Your name, your title card, your feed. I’m the facilitator. You’re the one people remember.
What you actually get better at
Being good on camera. The one thing that can’t be automated.
Coaching is built into every session. AI can write your posts, and it reads like it. It can’t make you compelling on camera. That’s the craft I spent a decade on, on GMA, WGN, and Fox, and you leave each month sharper than you started.

The package
One package: The Standard.
$3,500 a month. 3-month minimum, then month to month. Everything above, produced and run for you. The minimum exists so the compounding has a chance to show up, not to trap you. If it isn’t producing signal by month 3, fire me.
Clients who want more add it from inside the work: media training intensives before a keynote, a board seat, or a press cycle. Styling direction and a wardrobe system. Custom clothing. Filming on location. Client-only, scoped in conversation, never off a menu.
Above The Standard sits Black Label. By invitation.
Founding clients
10 seats. 3 founding seats.
I take a maximum of 10 clients, and the first 3 come in as founding partners at a founding rate. In exchange: permission to use the results as a case study, and 2 introductions once you’re happy. When the third seat fills, the founding rate closes.
*Only 2 spots remaining as of 8/4
Questions
The honest answers.
“Can’t AI do this for $500 a month?”
Yes, and it’ll read like it. What you’re buying isn’t content. It’s being credible on camera, and a system you’ll actually stick with, because your whole involvement is one conversation a month.
How much of my time does this take?
75 minutes on camera each month, plus about 15 minutes a week approving from your phone. That’s the entire ask. Everything else happens without you. That’s the point of the Studio.
What does it cost?
The Standard is $3,500 a month with a 3-month minimum, then month to month. The first 3 clients come in as founding partners at a founding rate; when the third seat fills, that rate closes. If the number is a stretch, start with the newsletter. It’s free and it’s good.
How do I know it’s working?
You’ll see the Visibility Report every month: real inbound, real replies, real conversations started. Never vanity numbers. If it isn’t producing signal by month 3, fire me.
Are you in my videos?
Only as much as you want. I ask the questions and direct the session. In the edit, my voice can disappear entirely, or stay in for a TV-interview or podcast feel. Either way it’s branded as yours, not mine. The format serves your goals, and we pick it together.
Do I have to publish a podcast?
No. Some clients publish everything. Some keep a private executive archive and publish only the clips and writing. Your call, and you can change it monthly.
What if I’m not good on camera?
Almost nobody is when we start — that’s why coaching is built into every session. My questions do the work, and you’ll be better in 3 sessions than most executives get in a career.
Do we have to film in Chicago?
Most clients come to Chicago, and in person is worth it, every time. But we travel. My production team and I come to you, scoped as a custom engagement, and with enough notice most cities work. If virtual genuinely fits how you operate, it works too. Ask.
Do you post it for me?
No. Everything is delivered ready to post, with covers, captions, and pull-quotes done. You or your team hit publish. The Studio doesn’t do scheduling or social media management. If you want that handled, we bring in a partner and build it into the scope.

30 minutes. 3 upgrades. No pitch you didn’t ask for.
I review your current presence live and give you 3 specific things to fix, whether we work together or not. If it’s a fit, we talk about The Standard. If not, you leave better than you arrived.
